How much, you ask?
$15 per month for the first carrier.  Additional carriers may be added at $5 each per month.
There is a $25 one time setup fee per carrier.
Please Note: Your billing software must be able to produce an 837 claim file in order to use MedXpress. If you are unsure if your software has this capability, please contact your vendor.
